Refund and Returns Policy for Secret Pantasy

At Secret Pantasy, we want you to love every purchase. If for any reason you’re not completely satisfied, please review our Refund and Returns Policy below.
1. Eligibility for Returns
Timeframe: You may return unworn, unwashed items with original tags and hygienic liners intact within 30 days of delivery.
Condition: Products must be in their original packaging, free of stains, odors, or signs of wear.
Non-returnable Items: Due to hygiene reasons, bras, panties, shapewear, and any items marked “Final Sale” or “Hygiene Seal Removed” cannot be returned.
2. How to Initiate a Return
Log In: Sign in to your account at secretpantasy.com.
Request Return: Go to Order History, select the order, and click “Request Return” next to the eligible item.
Fill Out Form: Complete the brief return form, choosing your reason for return.
Print Label: You’ll receive a prepaid return label by email—simply print it and attach it to your package.
Return requests submitted after 30 days or for ineligible items will not be accepted.
3. Shipping Costs & Responsibilities
Free Returns: We cover return shipping costs on all domestic orders over ₹1,500.
Return Shipping Fee: For orders under ₹1,500, a flat return shipping fee of ₹150 will be deducted from your refund.
International Orders: Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility; we recommend using a trackable service.
4. Processing Your Return
Inspection: Once we receive your package, allow 3–5 business days for inspection.
Approval: If your return meets our criteria, we’ll notify you by email that your refund is approved.
Rejections: Returns that do not comply (e.g., worn, stained, missing hygiene liner) will be shipped back at your expense.
5. Refund Methods & Timing
Original Payment Method: Refunds are issued to the original credit/debit card, UPI, or wallet used at purchase.
Processing Time: Please allow 5–7 business days after approval for the refund to appear in your account.
Store Credit: If you prefer, you may opt for a Secret Pantasy gift voucher in lieu of a monetary refund.
6. Exchanges
We do not offer direct size or color exchanges. To swap for a different size or style:
Return your original item for a refund.
Place a new order online for your desired item.
7. Defective or Damaged Items
Reporting Period: Notify us within 7 days of delivery.
How to Report: Email photos of the defect to returns@secretpantasy.com with your order number.
Resolution: We’ll send a replacement free of charge or issue a full refund, including shipping.
8. Cancellations
Before Shipping: Orders may be canceled for a full refund if you contact us within 2 hours of placing your order.
After Shipping: Once shipped, please follow our standard return process.
